PENGARUH PEMBELAJARAN JARAK JAUH TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA: TINJAUAN LITERATUR SISTEMATIS DI ERA DIGITAL PASCA-PANDEMI

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan tinjauan literatur sistematis (Systematic Literature Review/SLR) yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada periode pasca-pandemi (2021–2024). Proses tinjauan mengikuti pedoman PRISMA 2020, dengan penelusuran literatur melalui basis data Scopus, Google Scholar, dan ScienceDirect. Sebanyak 45 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan sintesis tematik dan naratif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa dampak PJJ bersifat dualistik: di satu sisi, meningkatkan kemandirian belajar, literasi digital, dan fleksibilitas pembelajaran; di sisi lain, menimbulkan tantangan berupa learning loss, keterasingan sosial, dan pelebaran kesenjangan prestasi. Efektivitas PJJ dipengaruhi oleh interaksi dinamis antara desain pedagogis, karakteristik siswa, dan lingkungan belajar. Strategi yang terbukti efektif mencakup penerapan model pembelajaran hibrida, pembelajaran aktif berbasis kolaborasi, serta umpan balik personal dan tepat waktu. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pergeseran fokus dari penyediaan teknologi menuju penguatan kompetensi pedagogi digital guru dan kebijakan yang mengurangi kesenjangan digital.
