ANALISIS SISTEMATIS PENGGUNAAN LARGE LANGUAGE MODELS (LLMS) DAN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) UNTUK PENINGKATAN LITERASI DIGITAL PADA JENJANG PENDIDIKAN TINGGI

Abstract

ABSTRACT

Integrasi cepat Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) dan Model Bahasa Besar (LLM) ke dalam akademisi menghadirkan peluang dan tantangan untuk menumbuhkan literasi digital di pendidikan tinggi. Pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang aplikasi, manfaat, dan kekurangannya sangat penting untuk integrasi pedagogis yang efektif. Penelitian ini melakukan tinjauan literatur sistematis untuk mensintesis penelitian yang ada tentang penggunaan LLM dan AI untuk meningkatkan literasi digital di kalangan mahasiswa. Mengikuti pedoman PRISMA, tinjauan ini menganalisis artikel peer-review dari database Scopus dan Web of Science yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2020 dan 2024. Sintesis dari 15 studi terpilih mengungkapkan bahwa aplikasi utama dari teknologi ini termasuk tutor pembelajaran yang dipersonalisasi, alat penulisan akademik yang dibantu AI, dan platform untuk evaluasi sumber kritis. Manfaat utama yang diidentifikasi adalah peningkatan keterlibatan siswa, pengembangan keterampilan digital yang ditargetkan, dan peningkatan efisiensi pembelajaran. Namun, tantangan signifikan tetap ada, termasuk masalah etis atas privasi data dan integritas akademik, potensi ketergantungan berlebihan yang dapat menurunkan keterampilan berpikir kritis, dan hambatan yang terkait dengan adopsi fakultas dan kesiapan institusional. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi kebutuhan mendesak bagi institusi pendidikan tinggi untuk mengembangkan kerangka kerja strategis yang memandu implementasi AI dan LLM yang etis dan efektif untuk benar-benar memajukan literasi digital siswa.
