TINJAUAN LITERATUR SISTEMATIS: EVALUASI KUALITAS DAN VISIBILITAS ARTIKEL JURNAL STUDI ISLAM DALAM LINGKUP INDEKSASI JURNAL ILMIAH INTERNASIONAL TERKINI

Abstract

Penelitian Studi Islam telah menyaksikan lonjakan volume publikasi yang signifikan, terutama dari negara-negara seperti Indonesia, yang mendominasi output global di bidang ini. Namun, produktivitas tinggi ini tidak berkorelasi secara proporsional dengan visibilitas dan dampak global, yang ditunjukkan oleh tantangan yang dihadapi jurnal dalam mengamankan dan memelihara pengindeksan internasional tingkat tinggi (misalnya, Scopus, Web of Science). Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis (SLR) ini mengatasi kesenjangan ini dengan mensintesis bukti terkini (2020–2024) untuk menjawab tiga pertanyaan penelitian utama: (1) Apa tantangan utama yang dihadapi jurnal studi Islam dalam mencapai pengindeksan internasional? (2) Apa faktor kualitas penentu dan praktik terbaik editorial untuk pengindeksan yang sukses? (3) Apa strategi paling efektif untuk meningkatkan visibilitas internasional dan dampak jurnal ini? Mengadopsi pedoman PRISMA 2020 dan protokol tinjauan tiga fase, penelitian ini menganalisis studi empiris (bibliometrik dan kualitatif) dan pedoman praktik terbaik editorial yang bersumber dari Scopus dan Web of Science. Sintesis mengungkapkan bahwa tantangan utama tidak hanya substantif (misalnya, hambatan linguistik, homogenitas metodologis) tetapi juga secara kritis manajerial (misalnya, kurangnya keragaman geografis di dewan editorial). Faktor penentu keberhasilan pengindeksan melampaui kualitas konten untuk mencakup kebijakan editorial yang transparan dan sesuai dengan COPE dan kedudukan akademik (kutipan) editor yang dapat diverifikasi. Selain itu, strategi visibilitas yang efektif bergeser dari penyebaran pasif ke manajemen teknis yang aktif, memprioritaskan Search Engine Optimization (SEO) dan pengarsipan diri penulis. Tinjauan ini memberikan kerangka kerja strategis bagi editor, penulis, dan pembuat kebijakan yang bertujuan untuk menjembatani kesenjangan antara produktivitas regional dan dampak global dalam beasiswa studi Islam.
